Four individuals perished as a result of a direct impact on a residential block in the Holosiyivsky area of Kyiv.

President Volodymyr Zelensky of Ukraine first said that two individuals had lost their lives in "yet another extensive assault on our nation". Additional casualties were discovered within the debris of the 18-story residential structure.

Kyiv Mayor Vitali Klitschko said that a crashed Russian missile damaged power lines, leaving several houses in the capital without electricity.

Additional individuals received medical attention on-site after the assault, which caused damage to residences and impeded the provision of gas and water, he further said.
