Pakistan and Saudi Arabia have reaffirmed their commitment to collaborate and strengthen bilateral cooperation for the mutual advantage of both nations.
The topic was discussed during a meeting between President Asif Ali Zardari and the Saudi defence minister, Prince Khalid bin Salman. The prince visited Mr. Zardari at Aiwan-i-Sadr on Saturday.
The meeting was attended by Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif, Defence Minister Khawaja Asif, Chief of Army Staff Gen Asim Munir, and Saudi Ambassador to Pakistan Nawaf bin Said Al-Malki.
The Saudi defence minister held individual meetings with Prime Minister Sharif and Gen Munir and attended the Pakistan Day Parade.
