Ronaldo hits second hat-trick in 3 days in Al Nassr's Saudi league victory

Cristiano Ronaldo scored his second hat-trick within 3 days Al Nassr dominated Abha with an 8-0 victory in the Saudi Pro League.

On five occasions, Ronaldo, the recipient of the Ballon d'Or award, was the driving force behind the team's success, scoring three goals and providing two assists during the first half of the match for the team that won the Saudi Arabian championship nine times.

His hat-trick in Saturday's 5-1 victory against Al Tai was his third hat-trick of the league season. The Portuguese attacker now holds the top position in the league, having scored 29 goals.

Ronaldo showcased his unmatched skill and technique, scoring his first two goals on Tuesday from free kicks. At the 11th-minute mark, he began the scoring by executing a precise low shot from a central position well beyond the designated area. The second goal was a testament to his finesse, scored 10 minutes later when he skilfully curved the ball around the wall from the left side.

Ronaldo then assisted Sadio Mane, enabling Al Nassr to score their third goal just after the 30-minute mark. Ronaldo skilfully passed the ball from the left side, allowing the former Liverpool striker to score successfully.

Ronaldo scored a hat-trick three minutes before the interval after executing a superb chip from beyond the area while advancing towards the goal. Ronaldo had sufficient time in the first half to pass the ball to his right, allowing Abdulmajeed Al-Sulayhim to score easily from a short distance into an unguarded goal.

Earlier today, Al Hilal announced that their striker Aleksandar Mitrovic, now second in goal-scoring with 22 goals, is expected to be unable to play for the remainder of the season due to an injury.
