A tragic incident occurred on Westbury Road on 21 August, resulting in the loss of Bryonie Gawith, 29, and her three children: Denisty Birtle, nine, Oscar Birtle, five, and Aubree Birtle, 22 months.

According to a recent report, two individuals, one aged 36 and the other 45, were apprehended during the night in the Keighley region. The West Yorkshire Police have confirmed that they are currently in custody.

A 39-year-old man who was arrested at the scene on Wednesday on suspicion of murder is currently in the hospital with critical injuries, according to the authorities.

According to a police spokesperson, cordons are still in place for searches at several addresses on Carlby Grove, Carlton Street, Malsis Road, and Minnie Street.

According to Det Ch Insp Stacey Atkinson, the investigation is still ongoing and is being treated as a high priority.

Specialised officers are still providing ongoing support to the family.

People affected are understandably devastated by their loss, and we must respect their privacy during this difficult time.

The authorities have requested that individuals who possess any relevant information come forward and make contact.

Authorities initially stated that they were investigating the incident as being "domestic-related" and that the fire had been intentionally set.

It has been confirmed that the man currently in the hospital is the ex-partner of a woman who was visiting the family at the house.
